They won't go to PTA meetings, school board meetings, or City Council meetings to see what they can do to improve the city at large for their kids. Some of these children do not see their parents do many positive things in front of them. Parents stop drinkig and drugging with your children! Take them to church to teach them some values.

More of this is going to happen if parents don't step up to the plate and be parents to their children rather than stop trying to be their children's friends.
