The former village clerk in Dieterich and Strasburg has pleaded not guilty to theft charges and is scheduled to be tried in March.

The First National Bank of Dieterich, Red Bud facility, opened one week ago.A The facility is the former First State Bank of Red Bud, which merged with the Dieterich bank.A The new bank will offer support for Red Bud community projects as well as for a sister facility in Belleville.
