First liquor store in opens in wet Boone County
Diamond City officials and some residents gathered Friday for a ribbon cutting at Blue Water Liquors, the first liquor store to open in Boone County since voters approved alcohol sales in November 2010.

Arkansas board issues first 6 liquor sales permits in Boone County
