WHS choir, school caught in landslide over Queen song

When members of Wasilla High School's symphonic jazz choir heard Friday it wouldn't be singing the popular Queen hit 'Bohemian Rhapsody' at this year's graduation ceremony after working on it all year, the students couldn't get their heads around it.

Rider's death blamed on wind

The powerful winds that buffeted the Wichita area and much of the rest of Kansas on Sunday are being blamed for a three-motorcycle crash in Cowley County that killed one man and critically injured two others, authorities said.

Motorcycle rider dead in Cowley County crash

A motorcycle rider is dead following an accident in Cowley County. Sheriff's deputies couldn't confirm what happened, but investigators tell our news partners at KFDI that a strong gust of wind may have contributed to the crash.
