Dolls Randomly Appearing In Del. Community
Some Sussex County residents have been waking up recently to find porcelain dolls on their property with no explanation.
It's been happening at homes along Dodd Avenue north of Dewey Beach.
Ellen Elliott, who has three of the dolls, says it started late last month. She says four residents of the street had dolls sitting on their front steps and one was sitting on the hood of her car. She keeps the dolls in the rear window of her car.
