An amazing adventure raises money for a good cause. "A lot of people think we are crazy for doing it in December, says Ray Novak.

Legislators during the 2010 legislative session will decide whether to follow the recommendation of the state Claims Commission and pay a Des Arc man $1.5 million for injuries suffered due to negligence by the state Highway and Transportation Department.

A $1.5 million claim against the state Highway and Transportation Department is headed to the Arkansas Legislature for consideration during its session next year.
