Assisted by his chef-wife Nealy, Keith Frantz of the restaurant Lola in Covington has captured the title "King of Louisiana Seafood" in an annual competition sponsored by the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board.

The St. Charles Parish Council will once again consider the acceptance of land in the Des Allemands area for the use of a public boat launch at its meeting Monday.
