About 60 firefighters from five area departments were unable to save a single-family home from a blaze Tuesday night on County Route 4. When firefighters arrived about 11:15 p.m., the two-story, 130-year-old home was fully engulfed in flames, said Cape Vincent Fire Chief William E. Gould II.
