The city of Denmark has been fined another $9,000 for failing to comply with Orders 'to correct all the deficiencies by March 6, 2012.' On December 6, 2011, the SCDHEC issued a Consent Order citing violations of the State Safe Drinking Water Act and the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations.
