A Denham Springs man has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide, admitting he was driving under the influence of methadone and Xanax at the time of a wreck that left a 5-year-old boy dead and a toddler disabled.

When The Livingston Parish Justice System starts sentencing these MURDERERS to some real time, in jail maybe less Mothers and Fathers will be forced to bury their children. heart breaking !!

The problem is not just in Denham Springs...the justice problem is in the entire state of louisiana.

They need to change the charge to Murder and attempted murder. not vehicular homicide. this druggie knows better.this is ridiculous. every time i read the paper or listen to the news its always DWI, VEHICULAR HOMICIDE.... Its time for a change.
