Denham Springs DMV manager arrested for taking cash for renewing licenses
The assistant manager of the Office of Motor Vehicles in Denham Springs has been arrested on malfeasance charges, for illegally taking money from customers in exchange for renewing their driver's license, Louisiana State Police said.
A Denham Springs-area man who escaped from the Livingston Parish Detention Center about 3:30 p.m. today was captured about 7 p.m., deputies said.
