As I read this Deming Headlight artical by Mr. Robinson, I realized something was missing and could not put my finger on it until right now.
About 9,500 acre feet of water set aside for the City of Deming. That is about 3.74 TRILLION gallons of water. And that would represent per year, that could be used by the City. Now thats a lot of water. But where in the artical Mr. Robinson... do you have any data on how much water is actually USED? Where is the data on how many wells are running dry? How many domestic wells are being re-drilled? and How many new wells are being drilled? And how much water is actually in our Ancient aquafyer to draw from every year? I think these questions would make an excellent follow up to this artical. And if there is no significant impact or difference... Then why did the previous County Commissioners, Socialist Republican Rickey "Hold-up" Holdrige, Democrat Socialist Fannie "It wasn't me" Smyer, and DEMON CRAT Dennis "Who gives a crap I'm term limited" Armijo, pass Ordinace 37 against the will of the residents who live here? Better yet... Why is it still a law on the books if there was no significant impact? Awwww... caught you napping? |
