A 91-year-old Fulton County man was pronounced dead two hours after the car he was driving overturned in a ditch near his home shortly after midnight, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Lake Local Schools, five other northwest Ohio school districts, and the village of Delta all have funding requests before voters in the Aug.

It's been nearly two years since a tornado moved through Fulton County. Many teachers, students and parents from Delta Elementary school remember that night.

He was born in Napoleon on June 14, 1925, to the late Lee Weaks and Lelah F. Myers.

The York, Pa., firm is closing its Vandalia, Ill., plant in the third quarter of 2012, the firm told employees on May 1. "We tried to bring in a filling plant here a year and a half ago but Graham declined," Gottman explained.

With the calendar turning to May this week, it also means it is time for sectional baseball tournaments to start with tournament play beginning on Saturday.
