Police charge Delray Beach man with animal cruelty after finding starving dog during drug bust

Animal control officers didn't get a name, so they nicknamed the dog "Starvin' Marvin." Anthony Crawford, is being held this morning in lieu of $30,000 bond on the felony animal cruelty charge.
