Delray Beach: `Good Samaritans' rescue woman from burning car

Delray Beach Fire-Rescue Chief David C. James is commending two Good Samaritans, Luca Carucci and David D'Eugenio, as well as one of his own paramedics, Brian Pollack, for rescuing a woman from a burning car.
