A Delavan man is headed to the Cattaraugus County Jail for a year following his conviction on a motor vehicle-related infraction.
Police lodge DWI charge against Delevan motorist
A Cattaraugus County man was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation after running a red light in the Village of Arcade about 3:55 a.m. Saturday, state police said.
