Their names and the charges they face are as follows: Lannie Dow Ooten, 50, of Delbarton, was arrested by Mingo County Sheriff's Department Deputy L. Thomas on charges of DUI, after allegedly producing results of .245 during a breath intoximeter test.

Tire recycle drop-off points scheduled for Mingo County
