Shell to Start Planned Shutdown of Olefins Unit at Deer Park, Texas, Plant

Royal Dutch Shell Plc will begin a planned shutdown today of a light/heavy olefins unit at its chemical plant at Deer Park, Texas, the company said in a filing to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
