Jul 1, 2009 10:56 am US/Central DEER PARK, Ill. A Saturday crash in northwest suburban Deer Park which killed three men has been ruled a vehicular homicide after one driver's autopsy revealed a 0.228 blood-alcohol level, Lake County Coroner Richard Keller said Tuesday.
