Tragic but there's no story here...had he used a 12" drill bit he could have driven it through the wall and into her head...its happened many times...

My husband accidentally shot a hole throught the outside wall of our house last weekend. He was cleaning the handgun and checked for bullets while pulling the trigger. Shot a hole clean through our bedroom wall and outside. Thankfully, no one reported any neighbors needing medical attention!
