Many breeds of dogs have been made popular by television. And sadly, those are often the same breeds that are commonly overbred and suffering in puppy mills.

A town hall meeting about whether De Leon should build a new City Hall or renovate its current one drew passionate - and at times heated - discussion Tuesday night.
