What a loser, kills a man over $50.00. I guess he has nothing to contribute to society, we may as well give him the electric chair.

this is rather sad... and mainly for the wife and child of this said person. I do not know the child nor do I have to - to understand that he may or may not understand in the future what had happened.

I have read the posts from previous threads, and they are rather pathetic and immature in nature. One would think that people could deal with items such as this in a different manner. Hind site is what it is, but one person is gone, another is paying for his consequences (enough said.) Everyone in here replying, etc - has done something stupid. You blame this guy for killing (ie. shooting someone) yet tonight you go out, drink, then drive home - DUI. Don't act like saints, and don't sit here and say you have never drank and drive. Hypocrites...

On the other hand, IF this kid that was shot was dealing drugs (yes) and had dealt it to your child, or older brother, etc... and they had died .. 1. no one would have known who did it more than likely 2. the guy would still be running around, dealing... so let's just say...(you knew) died in the process from the drugs... what does the dealer deserve in response? In my opinion (while I am not the judge/jury/executioner) it's death. Weed dealers, druggies, coke heads, meth freaks, etc.. all need to die, and their respected drug dealers should be hanging right beside them...

Get real... the guy did something wrong, yes... hes going to have to pay for it, yes... none of you are innocent, and can easily just the same go out driving tonight with your friends, do one shot too many, and be sitting in criminal court on monday for dui manslaughter. get over yourselves and let the guy do his thing. And to the family of the kid that was dealing - there is no remorse in my eyes. Do the crime, DO THE TIME...... If he had no been with SUCH LOSERS and either dealing or around people who were doing it - he would be alive.

That IS the bottom line.

"Castro had been searching for a cocaine dealer who sold him a $50 bag of salt. Ulland was not the drug dealer Castro was looking for

Their is a big difference from drinking and driving, and premeditated murder. I guess you can't work it out in your pea brain. This guy goes with gun in hand, knocks on the door, and apparently killed the wrong guy. I guess if normal people see things different from you, they must be wrong.

Ps. your sure did take the long way around to say nothing of real value!

When will we legalize these substances that people want so bad they are willing to kill over/for them? At least if its legal and cheap the crime element wont be there. I know the rappers need their bling and all but please!

Hey Public Defender, your CLIENT was GUILTY for the MURDER charge of a human being. Why were you shocked in the verdict. He should be FRIED in the electric chair for his deeds. It should be an EYE for an EYE. Luckily he still alive and wasting my tax dollars in serving time behind bars with the boys.

You're a moron. And as someone else stated, you took a really long time to say nothing. Here's to you falling victim to a drug crime due to your short sight and reinforcement of archaic and draconian laws. Cheers!
