one life ended, one life ruined...all for a moments pleasure of intoxication...drinking and driving is just murder on the roads...tougher penalties needed for this crime...thank goodness, no innocent person was killed...it's all about CHOICES, folks...the choice to drink and drive or the choice to get in a vehicle with an intoxicated driver...either is a no win situation...
