JERRY L. LEARNED, 47, of 2906 Kennedy Road, No. 1, Janesville, at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Janesville Police Department on second-degree sexual assault of a child.

On Thursday afternoon, Westmas and her son Jason Westmas, 35, had been walking the path near the Conference Point Center, an interfaith retreat center near the northwestern shore of Geneva Lake in Williams Bay, according to Williams Bay Police Chief Robert Pruessing.
