IDA loans U.S. Green Energy $500,000

U.S. Green Energy Corp. is working to finish its 28,000-square-foot facility in Cane Creek Centre now that the Industrial Development Authority of Danville loaned the company $500,000. The authority approved the loan that must be paid back within five years with 4 percent interest during a March 8 meeting, said IDA chairman Richard Turner.
