Just wondering if his accomplice, Melanie McDuffie, has been sentenced yet?

This is another example of montour county prosecutors and judge ruining someone's life. I believe everyone deserves a second chance, some poeople make mistakes. Does this man deserve 20 years for a theft crime? He could have gotton less for the murder of someone.

talk about ruining someone's life?! let's! bob buener purposefully set out 2 destroy Melanie Mcduffie's life. How? he knew she did not commit these crimes from the evidence collected which clearly provided the name of the real aledged accomplice. yet bob chose 2 charge, fingerprint, and incarserate Melanie for crimes he infacticly knew she did not commit. I only suspect he expected her 2 dilvulge information but that plan was foiled when Melanie's mother was able 2 provide bail. after six continuances, bob announced he was dropping all charges because Melanie was providing critical leads. LIES!!!! the only cooperation Melanie provided was her DNA which cleared her of all charges. the DNA found in the evidence collected excluded Melanie McDuffie. as a result of buener's incompetent behavior Melanie has been suspended from her job, taken back 2 court for her children and had 2 drop out of school.
