Teen charged following drinking party vandalism

Breaking into someones house to have a party isn't that something I would give the little bastard 3 years for serving minors and 7 years for breaking into the house and then 5 years probation. Or he could enlist in the army for 4 years give him his choice judge.

Yeah but the house he broke into was. And as far as enlisting, it's funny that u would say that. He was outside a bar in dansville one night trying to pick a fight and saying that he had just gotten back from Iraq and was suffering from PTSD. What kind of moron would lie about something like that? Then I heard about this incident and I have to say that it just makes my day when I hear that some idiot got busted, especially this idiot.ps sending this stupid LOSER to fight for our country would be an embarrassment

Shel, I know about the outside "bar-fight" because I WAS THERE! and he himself told ME that he had just gotten back from Iraq, and that was right after he told me his REAL name and that he lived in Wayland,LOL,the dummy. He's a bum, no job, no brains. LOCK em UP!!

Yeah, but they didn't have any stories to tell, and didn't say who they were, none of them were fighting either, they just stood around and watched the dummy

..I understand you sticking up for your brother.. but seriously, If you are his brother then you grew up with him and definately know how he is.. You cant believe a word that comes out of his mouth.. If he wasnt going to jail for this, he would have been going to jail for having a stolen property, his DWI, or banging a 15 year olds... This is an anonymous post. How do you know wether or not somebody knows him?? Some people may not know his entire life story but obviously, if you read up, you'll see they know enough from meeting him to know his character and it's not a big surprise to anyone that he is where he is. Yeah your right, nobody's perfect but every grown adult knows the difference between RIGHT and WRONG. Repeatedly breaking into a house that is NOT your own and trashing it is CLEARLY WRONG, this whole everyone makes mistakes thing is garbage. People need to GROW UP and stop acting like children and make RESPONSIBLE choices in their life and realize that if they don't there will be concequences to face. Everyone is so quick to defend him, what if it was your house he smashed up. The house you worked your butt off to pay the mortgage on every month, that you have put months and months of your time and effort into to making your own. Destroyed, GONE! How somebody could do something so cruel, selfish and just plain dumb disgusts me. Why?? because needed a hiding place for him and his buddies to drink beer. Sad.
