The state obtained an injunction Wednesday against a property owner in La Salle County's panhandle.

Two brothers from Dana were in the Marshall County Jail on Wednesday after one had been convicted of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl and the other had been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill the victim's mother.
