What do you expect?
Insurance companies are controlling the Health industry, like it or not. All hospitals, Medical professionals, and also employers have to OBEY their whimps and decisions bad or not. "THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW" and are the "silent" government in our country. They have nobody to listen to and Nobody supervised them. They are only responsible to themselves and even not to the LORD. They decide our life and death. Worse of all they are NO health professionals.

I wonder. Would it have been approved if it was a bleeding penis?

This is what happens when people with no medical background work in the insurance claims department.
