Man could get 60 years for terrorizing former girlfriend
A 50-year-old Tunkhannock man faces a maximum of 60 years in prison and a $120,000 fine after pleading guilty Friday in Wyoming County Court to stalking and making terroristic threats against a former girlfriend.
Joseph B. Kotyuk, of Erie, graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in December with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
