A woman from the southern South Dakota town of Dallas was sentenced Monday to 70 months in prison and ordered to make restitution of $291,526 to a hospital and pharmacy.
Bond of $98,693 released to Dallas S.D.
Tom Doughton, an employee from Douglas F. Trumbower and Associates, the township's engineering firm, said the bond was a letter of credit for the Wycallis Elementary School expansion project.
