Teacher jailed on indecency charge

A teacher and coach remains in the Dallam-Hartley County Jail in Dalhart today after being arrested on a charge of indecency with a child, jail and county officials said.

In Cherokee County Texas the teacher would be promoted and the story buried. If family members of the child complained, then the district attorney would trump charges up on them and let the predator remain employed within the school district.
