The Jolly Gems, a women's social club comprised mostly of women from Red River and Lamar counties and dedicated to fellowship and raising money for charitable donations, is to host a vocal concert featuring one of its members at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Presbyterian Church in Clarksville.
