Cupertino's Japanese sister city permits students to travel despite swine flu worries

Despite initial concerns about the spread of swine flu , Japanese leaders from Toyokawa gave Cupertino students an enthusiastic go-ahead to visit their town for the annual sister city exchange that has taken place for more than 30 years.
