A felony charge against a former Culbertson/Sidney area man accusing him of sexually assaulting a six-year-old girl has been dismissed in Montana 15th Judicial District Court.

Ten new recruits were added to the state's law enforcement ranks Friday after graduating from the Montana Highway Patrol Advanced Academy in Helena.

After hosting a Jan. 17 public hearing in Culbertson regrading donating an old county shop to the Culbertson Volunteer Fire Department, the commissioners said last week it may be easier to lease the property to the volunteer force.
