A Commerce man this week filed a complaint with the state Fair Political Practices Commission claiming Central Basin water district board member Art Chacon has used his office for his personal benefit and voted on district matters that benefited him financially. “I'm sick and tired of seeing public officials in the Southeast L.A. area take advantage and hurt the community that they should be serving,” Ernesto Gonzalez of Commerce said in a email Friday.
