Boy, 13, seriously injured after hit by car in south central Ind.
Police said Joseph Smedley was jogging northbound on South Kovener Street in Crothersville, Ind., when he hit by a car while crossing West Main Street.
Joseph T. Smedley, of Crothersville, was jogging along South Kovener Street just after 8 p.m. Wednesday when he crossed West Main Street into the path of an oncoming car, police said.
13-year-old struck, injured by car
