The Crow Wing County Highway Department has entered into a contract with Anderson Brothers Construction for the re-surfacing of County State Aid Highway 3 from CSAH 11 to the Pine River Bridge in Crosslake and the replacement of a culvert at Pelican Brook approximately 1/2 mile north of CSAH 11.

The Cities of Fifty Lakes and Crosslake each approved a resolution confirming their support for the reconstruction of County Road 3 from County Road 37 to County Road 1. The roadway will feature eight foot shoulders.

The Crosslake City Council approved a resolution authored by Mayor Darrell Schneider to have the law firm of Madden Galanter Hansen, LLP of Plymouth to review the need of hiring a third Planning and Zoning employee to replace Lane Braaten, who left in April.
