CROMWELL, Ind. - Indiana State Police say officers shot a man when he drew a gun as he attempted to flee a nine hour standoff at his northern Indiana home.
Cromwell man in standoff shot by police
A nine-hour standoff ended late Thursday when Indiana State Police shot a 50-year-old Cromwell man twice in the lower body, according to WSBT-TV. The incident began about 10 a.m. when police attempted to serve the man with a warrant at a home in the 9000 block of East Doswell Boulevard.
Three adults and a 17-year-old were arrested over the weekend, accused in several Kosciusko County residential burglaries.
