A Montgomery County man charged with shooting a man in the back in mid-November was caught in Kentucky Monday morning, authorities said.

On Friday, November 13, 2009, Kentucky State Police Troopers responded to a complaint of a strong, chemical odor coming from a residence located on East Jefferson Davis Highway.

Andrew J. Allen, 33, was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and three counts of wanton endangerment.
