There's an expulsion hearing today for 17 year old Brett Bedora, the teen accused of threatening other students and staff.

CRIVITZ - The 17-year-old Crivitz High School junior charged with making threats against the school and its students says the allegations aren't true.

In two weeks, Brett Bedora is expected to make his first court appearance on four charges stemming from an incident last month, when police say he threatened to bring a gun to school and kill another student.

Later this month, Crivitz High School junior Brett Bedora, 17, is set to make his initial court appearance for charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a dangerous weapon, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Four misdemeanor charges have been filed by the office of the Marinette County District Attorney against Brett Bedora, 17, N4416 N25th Road, Pound, as the result of a Jan.

The Crivitz High School junior accused of threatening the school and a fellow student now faces charges.
