Roosevelt Foundation throws 'R' Party

The Roosevelt Foundation, the fundraising arm for Roosevelt High School, is planning its fourth annual "R" Party from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Big City Burgers and Greens in the Capital Square Center, 400 Locust St.
