Two people who tried to rescue the same seal pup on two different occasions may face bIg fines.

This is truly a tragedy. The people were trying to help a sick animal which I find admirable in this day and age. They might not have known about the law they were breaking in trying to help a baby survive & now they must pay big bucks for their good intentions. Good intentions are not always rewarded & I am sorry about that.
