Cottonwood, Clarkdale and Jerome all had special activities to usher in this year's Halloween for trick-or-treaters. Jerome had their first ever Parade Down Main Street, Clarkdale featured a costume contest in the park, and Cottonwood held their annual Trick or Treat on Main and Fall Carnival in Activity Park.
