Chamber decides to continue with Cotter Trout Festival ... despite temperature dip
The 12th annual Cotter Trout Festival opens at noon Friday with a welcome from the stage in Big Spring Park, according to Marcia Taylor, festival chairperson.

Artists to visit trout festival to 'plein air'
More than 50 outdoor artists from Arkansas and nearby states will visit the Twin Lakes area May 1-4 to paint local scenes as participtants in "Plein Air on the White River 2013" held in conjunction with Cotter Trout Festival.
