The public has one final opportunity to let their voices be heard concerning Christo and the late Jeanne-Claude's "Over The River" temporary work of art project Wednesday and Thursday during public hearings in Fremont County.

Over the River has already received the Bureau of Land Management 's blessing with last year's Record of Decision , but there are still approvals ahead.
