With a stroke of the pen, two local children happily joined their 'forever families' during Fremont County Adoption Day on Friday.

Saturday morning found 89 personnel from nine Fremont County agencies gathered in and around Cotopaxi to deal with an incident, which if real, would have caused significant damage and sent at least eight juveniles to the hospital.
