Rell touts $147 million in New Haven line fixes in Cos Cob

Gov. M. Jodi Rell and state Transportation Commissioner Joseph Marie stopped at the Cos Cob rail station on Friday to tout a $5.3 million project to design and build an upgrade to a power system that would allow more Metro-North Railroad trains to run.
