Arrests Christina Renee Nicoll, 28, Red Bluff , was arrested Tuesday afternoon on Mulberry Avenue on suspicion of failing to pay a traffic fine and inflicting traumatic injury in a domestic situation.

A man reportedly became so upset that the gas pumps at Gas 4 Less were taking too long Tuesday evening that he started to throw trash around, threw the gas pump on the ground and sped away. He was last seen driving a Chevrolet Malibu with Oregon plates.

I would have liked to have seen him throw a gas pump on the ground haha. People make me laugh when they are in a hurry. Leave sooner if you don't have enough time to wait. Stop and smell the roses calm down people.

I couldn't believe it one day I had customers from Oregon and the guy asked me if he couldn;t figure out how to pump the gas would I be able to do it for him? He said in Oregon no one is allowed to pump their own gas the gas station attendants have to do it. He figured it out though after I let him know how to do it :) I had never heard that before about Oregon. They were nice people though.

Thats because it's the law there. You can't pump your own gas in Oregon.
