Central Wyoming College's 2012 fall semester grades have been computed and 93 students were named to the President's Honor Roll for earning a 4.0 grade point average while 116 others were named to the Dean's List for having a 3.5 or better GPA.

Aaron Peck from Grand Prairie, Alberta, Canada, posted the fastest time on Day Four of the 2013 International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race with 3:17:06 on the 47-mile trail from Green River Parking area near Cora, Wyoming.

On Friday, January 25, 2013, at 6:30 p.m., the International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race , the largest sled dog race in the lower 48 states, comes to Jackson Town Square, beginning an eight-day race through four states and 10 stage stop communities.
